About T’ai Chi:
T’ai Chi principles are based on a system of natural alignment and gentle movement. This allows energy to flow unimpeded throughout the body. It began as a method of self-defense, but is now practiced to improve health and peace of mind. Regular practice increases strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination while reducing stress! Wear loose, comfortable clothes, like sweat pants and a t-shirt. Wear flexible shoes that permit ankle movement.
About the Instructor:
* Studied martial arts and natural healing since 1974.
* Certified to teach T’ai Chi, Qi Gong, Push Hands and all
related internal styles and excercises.
* Focused on Chinese Martial Arts and Qi Gong since 1990
with Master David Schenk, founder of the Center for
Body-Mind Harmony.
Laura Kolinski-Schultz * Studied Qi Gong with Master Tien Yu Hao in 1994 and
with Master Chen Qingping in 1998.
* Holds a fourth degree black belt in Isshinryu Karate and
is a Reiki Master.
