Every second Friday from 6:45 to 8pm beginning February 10 at Yoga Central. Gathering will be held in February, March and April. If well attended, will continue on! Join in and have some fun beating on your drum, feel the rhythm, dance if you get the chance, chant if your spirit moves you.

About the event

Join in and have some fun beating on your drum, feel the rhythm, dance if you get the chance, chant if your spirit moves you.
Bring your own drum or percussion instrument if you have one. If you don’t, get creative. A plastic egg partially filled with dry lentils, rice, or beans makes a perfect spirit rattle. An empty paper towel holder with toothpicks poked through and duck tape on the ends gives you a homemade rain stick. There’s lots of ways to craft a great homemade percussion instrument!
