Instead of making resolutions for the new year, this ceremony allows you to make space for new beginnings. Each participant will be invited to write down the old thoughts, habits, or situations they wish to leave behind in 2024. As each person brings their paper to the Burning Bowl, they watch the fire consume the negativity and destructive patterns. As the smoke rises, they're telling the Universe they are ready to release the situations, thoughts, beliefs, habits, and maybe even people, who no longer serve their spiritual growth.
